Areas of Practice
Luke Ratzlaff graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 2005, achieved a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Concordia University in 2009, and finally completed a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta in 2013. With a background in information technology Luke began his legal career practicing at a boutique litigation firm in Calgary focusing on complex corporate litigation and debt collection. With ties to Crowsnest Pass and Calgary he practiced in both areas for several years before settling permanently in Crowsnest Pass.
Luke's current focus is in business and corporate law, residential and commercial real estate, estate planning, estate administration, and general litigation.
Luke enjoys photography, art, and leading an active lifestyle. During his academic career, Luke competed on varsity track and field teams for the University of Alberta, the University of Calgary, and the University of British Columbia. He is currently training for a half-marathon and various trail races, including Sinister 7.
Luke was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 2014.
