Lucas Moskaluk


Lucas Moskaluk joined Danielson Law as an articling student after graduating from the University of Alberta's Faculty of Law in 2018. He graduated from Royal Roads University and received a Bachelor of Justice Studies in 2014, and was awarded a Diploma in Criminal Justice (Policing) from Lethbridge College in 2012. Lucas was previously employed as a security contractor assigned to various public safety agencies across Alberta and performed work related to disaster management and relief, access control, witness interviewing, and property protection. 

Lucas enjoys all areas of legal practice including general litigation, family law and personal injury, and he has a particular interest in criminal, administrative and employment matters. 

Lucas has over a century of family history in the Crowsnest Pass region and is looking forward to learning more about the communities his family came from. When he is not at the office Lucas is fishing, hunting, working on his homebrewing projects, or spending time at the rifle range. He is currently learning the disciplines of handloading and trap shooting.
